How much does website maintenance cost?+
Our plans are ₹5k, ₹12k and ₹25k per month. The price depends on how often you need backups, how many content changes you want, and how fast you need us to respond. Pay yearly as an AMC and you get 2 months free.
What is a website AMC?+
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. You pay for a year of website care upfront. With us, a yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Can you maintain a website that someone else built?+
Yes. We work with WordPress, Shopify, Next.js and most custom sites. We start with a free check, so you know the site's condition before you sign up.
My website has been hacked. Can you fix it?+
Yes. We remove the malware, find how the hacker got in, close that gap, and ask Google to remove any warnings. Priority plans include this. On other plans, or without a plan, we quote a one-time fixed price.
Who owns the domain and hosting?+
You do. The domain, hosting and all accounts stay in your name. We only manage them. If you stop the plan, nothing is locked and you keep full access.
Are domain and hosting costs included in the plan?+
No. You pay the domain (about ₹800–1,500 a year) and hosting directly at cost, so there is no markup. We manage the renewals so nothing expires by mistake.
Can I talk to you in Hindi?+
Yes. Support is available in Hindi and English, on call, email or WhatsApp depending on your plan.
