The problem
Where customers slip away.
Aggregator commissions eat the margin
Zomato and Swiggy commissions, plus ads and discounts on the platform, can take a large share of each order value. On many dishes, there is little profit left.
You do not own your customers
Aggregators keep the customer’s phone number. Someone who orders from you every week is still a stranger you cannot message directly.
Weekday afternoons are empty
Weekends are full, but slow weekday slots stay slow, and there is no quick way to push an offer to people who already like your food.
Your Google listing has old photos and a wrong menu
People searching ‘cafe near me’ see outdated hours and a menu from two years ago, and pick the place next door.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
We're a small café, not a restaurant chain. Is this worth it?+
Yes, if you start small. For cafés, the biggest wins are usually an up-to-date Google profile with photos and reviews, a simple WhatsApp list of regulars for new menus and events, and a QR code for loyalty offers. We can start with just those and add online ordering later.
Should we leave Zomato and Swiggy?+
Usually not. Aggregators are good for discovery. The goal is to move your repeat customers to direct ordering, where you keep more of each order, while new customers still find you on the apps.
Who delivers direct orders?+
Your own riders if you have them, or on-demand delivery partners such as Porter, Borzo or Shadowfax, charged per trip. We connect the order flow to whichever you use.
Is it allowed to put our own QR code in aggregator packets?+
Aggregator partner terms change and some restrict marketing inside their orders. Check your current contract. Many restaurants use table QR codes, dine-in bills and Instagram instead.
What does WhatsApp marketing cost per message?+
Marketing templates cost roughly ₹0.86 each in India (approx., as of 2026, per Meta’s rate card; verify current rates), plus GST. A weekly offer to 1,000 opted-in regulars is about ₹3,500 a month in Meta fees, plus GST.
Can this connect to our POS?+
Many Indian POS systems such as Petpooja and Posist have integrations or APIs. We check yours during scoping and push orders straight to the kitchen where possible.
We have multiple outlets. Does it work?+
Yes. Each outlet gets its own Google profile, delivery radius and menu, with one website and a central customer list.
