We already use booking software. Do we need a new one?+
No. If you use a tool with an API or calendar sync, we build the WhatsApp reminders and follow-ups on top of it. If you are on paper or Excel, we set up a simple booking system.
Can clients choose a specific stylist or trainer?+
Yes. Each staff member gets their own calendar and working hours, and clients pick who they want when booking.
Will renewal messages annoy members?+
Not if they are useful and few. We send one reminder before expiry, one on the day and one a week after, then stop. Members can opt out at any time.
Can we take advance payments to reduce no-shows?+
Yes. We can add a UPI or card deposit for high-value services like bridal packages or personal training blocks.
Do you run Instagram ads?+
