Tenth Floor Labs ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website handles and why.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up or contact forms. When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive your phone number, name and anything you choose to share, and use it only to respond to you and discuss your project.

If you arrive from an online ad, the prefilled WhatsApp message may include a short reference to the ad source (for example "Ref: google") so we know which campaign brought you. You can delete it before sending.

Free tools

Growth audit: if you enter a website address, it is sent through our server to Google PageSpeed Insights to measure performance. Your answers are processed in your browser and only reach us if you choose to send the results on WhatsApp.

Security check: the domain you enter is sent to our server, which makes a few ordinary public page requests and DNS lookups, like a single visitor would. We don't store the domain or the results.

Cost estimator: runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to share your estimate on WhatsApp.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify you personally. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure aggregate visits and clicks on our WhatsApp and call buttons, which helps us understand which pages and campaigns work.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run our business (for example WhatsApp by Meta, our hosting and analytics providers), or when required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing guptamaulik16@gmail.com.
