Sound familiar?

Where most online stores struggle

  • Too many COD orders come back as RTO, and we lose money on shipping both ways.
  • Customers keep messaging to ask, 'Where is my order?'
  • Our store looks like every other Shopify theme and doesn't feel like our brand.
  • Checkout drops people on mobile and we don't know why.
  • We sell on Amazon and our own site, and stock numbers never match.

Built for

D2C brands in fashion, beauty, food and homeBrands moving from Instagram or WhatsApp selling to a real storeManufacturers starting to sell online directlyRetailers taking their offline shop onlineBusinesses moving from WooCommerce or another platform to ShopifyB2B sellers who need wholesale pricing and bulk orders

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does a Shopify store cost to build in India?+

Our Shopify Launch package is ₹90k. A Growth Store with a custom theme, COD checks and WhatsApp updates is ₹1.8L. Custom or headless stores start at ₹3.5L. The cost depends on design, number of products and integrations.

Should I use Shopify or WooCommerce?+

Shopify is easier to run, very reliable and needs less upkeep, which suits most D2C brands. WooCommerce has no monthly platform fee but needs more maintenance and security care. We will tell you honestly which fits your size and budget.

How long does it take to launch my online store?+

A Shopify Launch store takes 3–4 weeks. A Growth Store takes 5–7 weeks. Custom builds take 8–12 weeks. Having product photos, prices and descriptions ready makes it faster.

Can you help reduce COD returns (RTO)?+

Yes. We set up WhatsApp confirmation for COD orders so the customer confirms before you ship. You can also add partial prepaid options or COD limits. This cuts down fake and impulse orders.

Who owns the store and customer data?+

You do. The Shopify account, domain, payment gateway and all customer data are in your name. We work as a staff account on your store, and you can remove us anytime.

What other fees should I expect?+

You pay these directly: the Shopify monthly plan, domain, paid apps, payment gateway fees per order, courier charges and WhatsApp message charges. We list all of them before you sign, so you can plan your monthly costs.

What support do I get after launch?+

You get 30 days of free fixes after launch. After that, you can pick a monthly care plan for updates, new features and help with sale-day and festive-season traffic.
