Payment gateway ~2% per transaction
- —Payment gateway fees (usually around 2% per transaction, lower for UPI) are charged by the gateway, not us.
- —Tally licence and Tally on cloud or remote access, if needed, are paid directly.
- —ERP, Shiprocket and other software subscriptions are paid directly.
- —A small cloud server may be needed to run the sync; it is billed in your account.

Can you integrate with TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9?+
Yes. We have built production software that reads Tally books directly. We can push entries into Tally or pull data out, on the same computer or over a network.
Will the integration mess up my books?+
We test with sample data first and can start in read-only mode. When writing entries, we map ledgers and GST fields with your accountant and send a report of anything that fails, instead of guessing.
Which payment gateway should I choose?+
Razorpay has the widest features. Cashfree is strong on payouts. PhonePe PG works well for UPI-heavy customers. Fees and approval time differ, so we suggest one based on your business type.
Are gateway fees included in your price?+
No. Gateways charge a small percentage on each payment, paid directly to them. Our price covers building and testing the integration only.
How long does it take?+
A payment gateway takes about a week, mostly waiting for gateway approval. Tally integration takes 2–3 weeks. ERP and multi-system work is scoped after we see your setup.
Who owns the code and accounts?+
You do. Gateway, ERP and cloud accounts are in your name, and you get the source code.
What happens if an API changes later?+
Our integrations alert you when something fails. Fixes are covered under a maintenance plan or billed per fix, quoted before we start.
